This is really funny to read but in real life it is easy to give a cat a pill. At least it was to my cat and I pilled her 2 times a day until she passed on at 16 years of age. Maybe she just got used to it, but I like to think she knew that they made her feel better. She has been gone for a year and I still miss her.
