Thanks. I did ask him about going on dh's later. He said when dh retires, if my benefit on his is higher then I can get that benefit. I didn't know about the age 62 thing, but this guy pointed out that if I wait until age 66 instead of age 65, it would take me 14 years to break even on the total benefits received! So, I'm going to start taking my benefit now. Heaven only knows we could use the money.....
