I visited my son and family a few months ago. I was sleeping in my GD's room cause she was away at college. The quilt on her bed was the one I made when she was six. It was squares of stick figures with sayings and all colored with crayons like a child's coloring book. She didn't take it to school for fear it would get ruined. It too was faded almost to oblivion but still the fabric was intact. This surprised me cause my DDL is Korean and they are very clean people. I know that quilt got washed once or twice a week for all those year.
Oh, and the exDL was from@#$&#% twice.
