I am so sorry. If the kids are happy, safe and loved where they are they should leave them. Why do they keep moving them around. I was in 3 foster homes when I was a kid. Each one worse than the others but I know all foster homes are not like that. I went to grandparents who were worse than the foster homes. Leave the kids where they are loved.
