I use 3 m 77 spray I got it at walmart for $4.50 a can I got about 15 queen size quilts out of one can. It is so much better if you put it on the floor put your backing down start in the middle & spray about a 5 inch across top first press down then another 5 inch spray & press down just continue till the top is done then start to spray the bottom spray & press after I am all done I turn it over to make sure it is nice & straight.
