They look just like my gold plated Gingher's. vintage? sure, they were my grandmother's.

I agree with Ceil - careful there, even the gold plate vintage Gingher's like mine generally sell at auction for about $25. There are whole websites and collector's articles devoted to vintage and antique scissors. Read up so you don't get ripped off. OR go to Joans with a 50% off coupon and get a nice shiny new pair of Gingher's stork scissors with a case and everything.
