I have a very old Necci(?) just sews straight, weights a ton.
But I use it and it purrs. My main machine is a Bernina 155, and I am very pleased, never had to have it serviced.
I wish it had a stitch regulator on it, and the stitches
for letters are small. I also have used a Baby Lock and
they also have nice features, most places will let you
trade in for another model, Viking does guarantee and if
your not happy I would take it back with your complaint.
