I was thinking that fleece as backing would be a little too thick to machine quilt on my dsm if I added a layer of batting.
But I'm not sure it will still have the quilty feel if I don't use batting.
What have you done? What do you think? I picked up several yards a few years ago on a JoAnn's black friday sale.
I make a lot of quilts for children and they do like the fleece backings when they pick their quilts.
