I have a good office chair on wheels that has height/seat tilt/seat back adjustments as well as arms that can be removed or adjusted for height.

At first, I took the arms off but later learned from my physical therapist the importance of having support for my forearms. This gives a lot of support for my hands and takes the stress off my elbows, shoulders, back and neck and has really made a huge difference in my pain level and how long I can sew comfortably.
