I wish I could be there and I noticed your checkbook was out!! :D

It would not do me any good going because I would probably end up with the vast majority of the machines! Because I see several that I would throw the bank at to get.

Billy; I would have done just about anything to get some of those machines, including trying to buy them before the auction. No go with that tactic.
Y'all will see references to antique guy. No disrespect meant but never got his name but we traded knowledge. He was looking at the older ones but also some newer ones b/c he rehabed them and then donates them to local thrift shops in his area. Silly me, I didn't think to ask where he was from besides DH could see $$$$ leaving the bank account already.
For any localish people, this auction is in Tracy, MO, at the Platte County Fairgrounds. Take I-29 north from Kansas City, MO, and take exit 20 off the interstate. I believe there will be signs from the interstate exit.

FYI: Lots of Elnas there plus some green Singers. Many Domestics, New Homes, Whites, Singers, several 201s that were in nice shape plus some Touch and Throws, and Japanese clones. Beautiful Morse - blue with lots of shiny chrome - and 2 boxes of attachments. What I did not take pics of were the many empty cabinets also to be auctioned including some just plain bits and pieces of cabinets. There were also just boxes of bits and pieces and attachments and several boxes of industrial sized cones of thread - like the big cones of crocheting thread at WalllyWorld only with sewing machine thread on them. There was also a mid-arm quilting machine , brand name "Queen" possibly. Blue in color like perhaps a Japanese model b/c of the color on the machine.
