I don't use a recipe, but I make a basic oil (extra virgin olive) and vinegar (usually cider vinegar) dressing with whatever seasonings are on hand (maybe Italian, some garlic powder), a little salt and pepper. Then I add some grainy mustard to make an emulsion. I prefer this over bottled dressings.
