1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
3 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Blend on high in blender for 2 minutes
slowly add 1 cup canola oil while blending on high
