I had the same doubt... go to this site home page... in the first line you can see "Main"... click.... this is the place where you'll find the "Tips page" link...
Now I am the one who wants to know how to bookmark the "tips" page... :idea:
Well, you can't, but why bother, since the link for the tips is right there on the tips page? I did bookmark it on my computer by using the tool bar at the top, selected "bookmarks" and added my page name, but totally unnecessary IMHO. :lol:
