Raspberry Vinaigrette

Equal parts
* vinegar (any type, I usually use regular, white)
* salad oil (any type, I usually use canola oil)
* raspberry jam (made with sugar or sugar free)
Shake together well. (I usually mix with immersion blender
Variations

* look for other types of jams/jellies/marmalades
* add spices that match the jam. Eg. ginger with marmalade, etc.
* I've used homemade cranberry sauce, in place of the jam
* try maple syrup in place of the raspberry jam; balsamic vinegar is a nice combo with the maple syrup
