So glad you said that.Did you know that we need 1 gallon of water pr day up to 200 lbs.After 2oo lbs,you need 1 qt for every 25 lbs.So,when I weighed 250 lbs,I was drinking 6 qts pr day for my weight.Sounds like a lot,but it really isn't.It flushes your system,and we sweat it out.Especially in the summer or humidity.I lost 20 lbs 1 week.I know it was from sweating it off in the muggy Kansas weather.Who needs to pay for a sauna,when it's free.Good luck to you all
