If the paper on the back means that it is iron on - Then very carefully place the paper back onto the back of it, using a warm iron (maybe even very hot) and press it back onto the fabric.

IF it was not origianlly and iron - then get some freezer paper, cut a piece larger than the fabric, place the wrong side of the fabric onto the shiny side of the freezer paper, and a pressing cloth over that. Then using a very warm iron, press them together. Let it cool, remove the pressing cloth - trim the paper from around the fabric.

Now it should still be the same size and you will be able to use it in your printer as well. The paper will just peel off after you have printed your photo on it.
