There is a Joann's and a Hancock fabric store on the north edge of Bismarck. Out at the Gateway Mall it is called. Big letters for Joann's. I wanted to stop there on my way home the other day but it was storming so bad that I did not want to take the chance of getting stranded down there. you could probably google Bismarck nd quilt shops or fabric stores.
