Blue Cheese Dressing:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp ground white pepper
1/4 c blue cheese
Blend 1 minute in food processor, transfer to storage container then add another1/4 c blue cheese and fold into dressing.
