Roquefort-Chive (Bleu) Cheese
1 pint mayonaise
1/2 pint sour cream with chives
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
3 oz Roquefort or Bleu cheese crumbled
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. do not beat. Refrigerate. Yields 1 quart
