I think it looks lovely ... and I wouldn't even consider the cubes that some have been inserting. I like it how it is ... perhaps how you border it up, would tie it together and make you happier?
Yes, it's more tranquil than many of the more punchy OBWs that we see on here. That's OK! I really like the subtleness of yours ... and it flows nicely from one to the other. The one I have just started is much softer and quieter too and I think it'll come together nicely.
By chance, do you have a piece of the original fabric, to show us what it did look like?
Please, let us inspire you to bring that UFO back out and finish it off!
