A couple of years ago, a very kind fellow guild member sent me this embroidered birthday cake block. I made it into a very miniquilt and added a longish hanging ribbon. It can be hung on a door, a chair, or around the birthday celebrant's neck. Since it is my birthday today, it got pulled out to hang on my door.
