I have finally started one of my IH fundraiser quilts (I actually have two in progress-one that will be used as the background at all booths and such and one that is going to be raffled off) This is the start of the one to be raffled. Here it is in the first stages. I know it does not look like much now but I plan on adding blocks such as cathedral windows (which look like the blue diamond like pieces in the center) some blocks that look like the red and black square lines, some appliqued lips and hearts...I have a vision but who knows how it will turn out lolol

ETA: Intracranial Hypertension (IH) is a neurological disorder in which cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) pressure within the skull is too high. "Intracranial" means "within the skull." "Hypertension" means "high fluid pressure." IH has three common sypmtoms-severe headache that does not go away even with some of the most potent pain killers, visual changes due to swollen optic nerves (known as papilledema) and a whosshing noise in one or both ears. This does not mean you have to have all three to have IH. One of the most serious consequences of IH is vision loss which can lead to blindness. It is most often a life-long illness with enourmous physical, financial and emotional repercussions.
