I just stitch the blocks together by hand. Start back far enough that you can secure the machine stitching, back stitch so it will hold and just sew one piece to the other. Same if quilting has come apart - start back into the quilting stitches so you secure it and just requilt it. There may be a tute on here but haven't seen it. I've even replaced blocks like this.
