I did something similar to you and I surely don't regret it. Just love my Viking Diamond.
I am retired for ten years and have an older Viking, but when I saw the Diamond, I just knew that it would be mine!!!
I did it, am making payments on it, and in another 2 1/2 years it will be alllllll mine. Now it's just a matter of learning how to use it to it's fullest.
