The name of this block is "County Fair" or "County Farm", a Nancy Cabot block, according to the Encyclopedia of Pieced Quilt Patterns, by Barbara Brackman. (See #2077). One difference is that your Grandmother has added some Corner detail that does not appear in the Cabot Block. It is constructed on a 9 x 9 Grid, comprised of 4 "Saw Tooth Stars" that have been compressed and overlapped to create the small Diamond Center. In your photo examine the block in lower left corner with a small pink square in each corner.

Your Treasure quilt also has an alternative block as yet unidentified...it looks like it has 4 Big Arrows pointing in 4 directions...
