that might seem like alot...but when you think about the people here in the states that charge 2 1/2 cents a square inch---there are 144 square inches in a square foot---so that comes out to $3.60 a square foot- you are getting a good deal at $3.00
so, don't feel too bad about what you are paying- seems to be a norm all over.
