Very little processed food. It has meant not as much convenience food and less take out - but he has responded well. His sugar counts are very good and we have both lost weight. Of course he has lost more by doing the exact same things I do - doesn't seem fair. It do most of the cooking and made the adjustments, and he benefited the most. Oh well - my mother always used to say "Nobody promised you fair."
Wish my DH would admit to his diabetics. He has cut down on candy, or so he says.
