Guess I'm out of the loop. I thought a mug rug was the tube that was coiled around with aromatic stuff inside, then zig zag stitched around. when the warm mug made it warm then it smelled. This is a potholder, it's a coaster, it's a mug rug!!! Thanks for setting me straight!lol
