I knew this was the place to post for advice! In response, yes I'll have enough red for binding, but I just don't have any more fabric for red borders...this was all I could spare lol.
As far as quilting goes, I have a "Scroll" quilting frame that I HATE. It always is a pain in the butt to get things on and off of it...so I was just thinking of hand quilting in a hoop or something to see how I liked it. However I think I might just cave and tie it to be done with it...lol
