When he saw me, he said, "Mom! You're not supposed to be up yet!" He was preparing to surprise me by making me breakfast in bed for my birthday! He said Dad told I usually get up about 5:30, so he set his alarm for an hour earlier. I told him I thought he could get a little more sleep, that I'd wake him when I was ready to get up (which ended up being around 6:00).

He got up and made me scrambled eggs and toast. Breakfast was great, but truly, it was the thought that counts. I don't think I will ever forget this!
