I just bought a quilting lap hoop from Barnetts. It is $142 but well worth it. Check out the website. I got the tilt and twist one. The top portion, which is the hoop, detaches from the bottom part that swivels. The bottom portion allows you to tilt it in three different levels. I bought the 14" hoop.
