Well on a good note here are a couple pictures of my newest addition to this family. This is Willy 2, as this one is a 1894 version with an electric motor of my Willy (the treadle). We got him at an estate sale last Friday for $44. His cords were really frayed so my DH put a new cord on and he sewed a perfect stitch the first try! I had to take him and run down to Girls Night Out (which I missed) just to show him off - I was so excited! He runs so smooth and quiet it is amazing!

When Nancy brought this to class we all said that we wanted one too. This machine is so quite you could hardly hear it run and what a beautiful stitch it makes. The under side is even pretter. This machine has no bobbin. Willy 2 is so lucky to have found such a wonderful, caring home . Kathie
