Go to your "My Profile" area--- scroll down to Avatar-- click on Browse- open the area on your computer where the picture is that you want to add ( is it in a folder on your desktop, on the C drive , in your picture folder?) click on the name of the pic- once you find the pic you want click on it - it will add that to the box - then just click update and it should add to your avatar
you can switch the way you see see what pics are in the file - on the top of the folder on the right is a box when you hold your cursor over it - it says"View" you can click on that to change the way you see items in that folder-
