Yes, it's done monthly and you have to indicate by a PM to the person who runs the swap that you'd like to be in it. So some months you can do it and others not. It's a different partner and you can choose wether you want to do overseas postage or not. It's money limit is $10 before postage which is about $15 in the US for a medium sized box, but most folks also shop their stashes and places like Tues Morning, Big Lots, Dollar Stores and make goodies such as pin cushions, mug rugs anything you'd like to do and send.
