I know exactly what you mean, I did one, with the intention of only doing 1, before you know it, I had 5 done, and going through my fabric, I keep saying, oh, this would be neat as a stack and Whack. I have to keep telling myself, not until I get done with the 10-15 I already have planned with the fabrics set aside.
