Labtechkey, don't you listen to all these non-believers. The Quilt Police do exist. They come in the night and knock on your dream door (usually after you've made some insignificant error in a project). As you ponder whether or not to get up and rip out the minor error, the quilt police hover over your bed and chant "rip it now, rip it now, rip it now...."
Shame on you ladies for not being truthful to our "newbie". I've always counted the Quilting Board as a place where I could get good, honest feedback - no matter how much it may hurt.
