I have a clear 1/4 " foot that I use for SITD, if I remember to change it out. I don't have a walking foot. I have no idea what happened to it. I didn't find that it did any better job than using proper hand control, so I probably will not replace it.
Sew a few pieces of scrap together, and practice with your different feet and see what is best for you.
