Suzanne was removing people from the swap who didn't send out their packages and that should stay the same....I have been doing this swap for almost a year and there are a LOT more people participating than when it started...with so many new participants, I think some of them don't know to post on here, so it should be included in the rules to post on the thread and send a PM that you have received...not everyone is able to put up pictures, but if you were able to take 2 minutes to sign up, you're able to take two minutes to post that you received it and say "THANK YOU"...again, it should be put in with the rules so new comers know to post on the thread.
