I'll check the other squares that are cut out for the 3 other middles. They are 8 9/16 square. I might have to use the builder's square because the 12 1/2" quilter's square doesn't have 1/16th measurements, just 1/8th, so I eyed it. I'll check the cut triangles too.
Yes, I'm making a quilt for my daughter with 4 of these stars in the middle though I haven't decided on what the rest of it will be yet.
Well there is your problem....I always think that I can "eye" something and it will work....it NEVER does! There are so many angles in what you are doing that you will have to be
exactly perfect on each one for them to match up correctly.....can you say I have patience...patience...patience... :wink:
