I buy from Hancocks of Paducah online, and have bought once from Fabrics.com. Both batting and fabric. Even with shipping, it's cheaper. Since I live at the border, I have it sent to a shipping and freight business in the city on the other side of the border, drive over, and take it through customs myself. As long as it's under $100, they don't charge me HST.
