I am about 4/5 hours away from you (South Central KY) so maybe this will give you some idea what you are looking at. I talked to someone selling a vibrating shuttle Singer made mid to late 30's with manual and attachments. She said it was in good condition and was asking $125. I also saw a Singer Red Eye treadle today, if I remember correctly it was made in the 20's. I didn't ask the price but I do know that it works, ready to sew whatever you want. I also know of one that they were asking $65 for without a belt no attachments or manual if it is not sold - I believe it was rotary.
