I had that (white) for years and finally got tired of trying to clean it. Got a different pattern and it did the same thing. Not sure if it's in their glaze or what. Got some inexpensive (cheap!) ironstone to use just for us, and they've been amazing. Fiesta is good. We sold a lot of that where I worked before. Food Network sells some at Khols that is white and nice too and open stock so you may just purchase the pieces you use.
