Hi! Fran, I sort of understand! I purchased EQ5 just before v.6 came out and never really learned how to use it. I had gone through the Getting Started manual and because I use machine embroidery software; I sort of got the concept of the program but couldn't put all the bits and pieces from the manual together to design a quilt.
Doing the mystery lessons from the EQ website, have helped me so much. At the time I didn't know that Judy could have helped but now I'd doing things I never thought I would ever do. I working on the mystery quilt now but when I finish it I plan to start one of the other tutorials. For me, I think this was the best way to learn how to use the program. Chris
