I have tried several recipes for dills, but the best one I have found is actually the refrigerator Kosher pickles packets in the store. Since they are not boiled, they are the only ones that have any crunch to them. I have an extra frig in our garage, so I have room to store them. I make one pack every year, which results in ~6 pints. I made one recipe last year, where you only had to process/ boil for ~5 min. and they ended up being rubbery noodles. Bleh
