You need to get a "game plan."
To begin with you need to know specifically what it is that is "distracting" you...those are the things that, at least behaviorally, you are placing as a priority in your time.
Decide which of those things SHOULD be a priority. It may be that some of those "distractors" are legitimate.
If you find that some are but some aren't, then take a good look at those that aren't "shoulds" and then list the non shoulds by importance to you.
Maybe some will be that you think you WANT everyday and then others that might just be not so regularly. Place your sewing on that list.
If it is an everyday thing, determine a time during the day that you will do that after the "shoulds."
Keep that list posted (your game plan) and try it. You may find that you want to change some of those items and you may also find that you may not really want to sew everyday.
After doing that, take another good suggestion on this board...set a small goal that you want to get accomplished on your sewing...but relax...if you are doing something else after all this you probaby really don't view the sewing as a priority.
