I was looking at some Double Wedding Ring templates on Ebay and they range in price from around $6 to $40. I have noticed the less expensive ones say "Not for use with rotary cutter" and the more expensive ones don't say that. Is it the quality of the template that dictates the price? Here's what I'm looking at.....
