well, ladies, i want you to know it's working for me. not a lot, not quick. 9 lbs less than when i started 2 mo ago. slowww. but i couldn't get started. couldn't get motivated. not real motivated now, but know i am trying, and eating smarter, and leaving the junk food alone. most of the time. i think, i will like it, if this site does tone down a little, but just MHO. but, then i was busy, and didn't get on here lots. i'm making a jane stickle quilt. and it is going along fine. doing maybe 12 blocks a week, i think.
