I am thrilled to say I lost 8.2 lbs this month. I am so psyched up to keep on keeping on. My appetite is coming back but doing so good for 2 weeks without the appetite, has helped me to be able to not overeat and keep eating healthy, since the appetite has come back. I am 7/10 of a lb away from being in the 240's. I vow I will NEVER see 272.8 lbs again!!!! NEVER!!!! Sandy
