The lady in blue was a queen from another country! She had on a very very interesting dress.
I think you might be getting a little mixed up, but the lady in question is a family friend of Prince Charles, not Royalty.
Gosh, there was a chap who was the image of him although we thought he had aged a little, and was not looking very well. As they say, we all have a double.
