I'm in - PM sent. I noticed on last months thread that somebody was doing a 17 day diet. It sounds interesting can anybody tell me what it is? I decided, since it's not been a good morning, that when I get home from church I am going to sit down and write out a food plan for the week. I think I need to be more diseplined. Congrats everyone on their loss and welcome newbies. My total loss for last month was 2.5 lbs. It's a start anyway. Jeanne
